Engagements
Each engagement is set out in a written quote or service agreement that lists the scope, fees, government fees and payment schedule. Work starts after you accept it in writing.
Decisions by authorities
Licences, certificates, permits and visas are decided by Vietnamese authorities. We cannot guarantee approval or a processing time, but we tell you promptly about any request or delay.
Your responsibilities
You confirm that the documents and information you provide are true and complete, and that the funds you invest come from lawful sources.
